Girl's "Tween" Room Redo

It was time for my girls to get a "tween" redo on their bedroom. I hated to let go of this beautiful custom made - victorian style decor. But the girls have gotten bored with it after 4 years. So for their birthdays (both in December) I gave them a "Room Redo". My daughter was excited to open a can of paint on her birthday. Really, she was!

So here is what we came up with!

Doesn't even look like the same room does it? (excuse the mess on the bed, but she took this pic and I am too lazy to take another one) The girls LOVE it! They feel so grown up. It IS bright, let me tell ya. But, I think it turned out cute. I'm not completely done with the details yet. I am suppose to be getting their names in black vinyl to go behind their headboard. And I need some more accents for their dresser and nightstand. They have a valance too that matches. I may take more pics as it comes together later. 

Just thought I'd share this with ya real quick. I've been super busy over the holidays with stitching and am still trying to get caught up on non Christmas gift orders. I literally had no time for blogging. (and still don't but I don't generally use my time wisely on Fridays for some reason, ha)
